Ratio Decidendi

There being no objection, and the requirements of Section 51(2) of the Advocates Act having been met, the court adopted the certificate of costs dated 13.10.2022 as a judgment of the court. The court further ordered that the sum would attract interest at 14% per annum from 28.2.2023 until payment in full. The court also granted a stay of execution for 30 days and directed that the ruling applies mutatis mutandis to related matters. No order was made as to costs.
