1. This is a 2012 matter and from 26th June 2014, no steps have been taken to prosecute the same.
2. I note that matters in the same series were referred to arbitration vide Ruling of 26th November 2016 vide HC Misc. No. 186 of 2012.
3. No party has returned to court to have the matter prosecuted or report on the outcome of the arbitration process.
4. Accordingly, this file and all other files in the series being HC Misc. No. 186 of 2012 and HC Misc. No. 185 of 2012 are hereby closed.
