The order of May 1, 2022, was therefore null and void ab initio. Consequently, the Dispute Resolution Committee's decision, which was based on the PPDT's ultra vires order, was also invalid. The court held that the petitioner's constitutional rights were violated by the Dispute Resolution Committee's decision.
