Applying the principles set out by the Supreme Court in Nicholas Kiptoo Arap Korir Salat v IEBC & 7 others, the court considered whether the Plaintiffs had provided a reasonable explanation for their delay and whether the Defendant would suffer prejudice if the extension was granted.
