All subsequent proceedings were for implementation or enforcement of that consent. There was no suit left to be dismissed for want of prosecution, and the order purporting to dismiss the suit was made per incuriam and was a nullity. No decree capable of execution arose from such dismissal, and Section 34 of the Civil Procedure Act was inapplicable.
