The judgment debtor's shares in Melville Limited were lawfully sold at public auction, the purchase price was paid, and the necessary documentation was provided. As the judgment debtor failed to execute the transfer, the court was satisfied that it was just and proper to authorize the judge or deputy registrar to execute the deed of transfer in favour of the successful bidder, thereby enabling the judgment creditor to appropriate the proceeds towards satisfaction of the judgment debt....
