I have considered Notice of Motion dated 18th March 2013 and its Supporting Affidavit . The Defendant’s Replying Affidavit sworn on 14/6/2013 and the written submissions filed by both the Plaintiff and the Defendant and do issue the following order:
That the parties do maintain the status quo presently prevailing pending the hearing and determination of this suit.
That a date for pre-trial conference be allocated to pave way to the main hearing
