RULING
The case of the plaintiff is that the titles of the defendants were acquired by fraud. One of the titles mentioned is the parcel Njoro Ngata Block1/4688 in the name of Joseph Kigo Mwangi the 4th defendant. The 4th defendant has no problem with this title reverting back to the plaintiff. Given that position I do enter judgment for the plaintiff against the 4th defendant. I do order that the title to the land parcel Njoro/Ngata Block 1/4688 do revert to the plaintiff and the registration of Joseph Kigo Mwangi as proprietor be cancelled. I make no orders as to costs in respect to the suit against the 4th defendant.
Dated, signed and delivered in open court at Nakuru this 30th day of June 2015.
