The Tribunal found that it does not have jurisdiction to punish for contempt of court in the strict sense, but does have jurisdiction to punish for disobedience of its own temporary injunctions under Section 63(1) of the Civil Procedure Act. The Tribunal determined that the injunctive orders issued on 24.11.2016 were clear, had not been stayed, set aside, or varied, and that the 1st Respondent was aware of them.
