1. This matter is for interparties hearing of the Notice of Motion application dated 4th March, 2025 in which the Appellant/Applicant is seeking for the sum of Kshs.513,600/= deposited in court on 18th January, 2024 by the Applicant/Appellant to be released to him.
2. Upon listening to counsel for the Appellant. The Consent dated 19th March 2025 be and is hereby adopted as an order of this Court in the terms presented as follows:-
By consent of the parties; 1. That the Decretal sum amount of Kshs.513,600/= plus accrued interest deposited in court by the Appellant’s advocate on 15th January, 2024 be released to the Appellant’s advocate.
