The plaintiffs failed to prove the existence of any agreement obligating the defendant to transfer the reversionary interest in the suit property to them. The evidence presented consisted only of sectional property titles, which did not reference any such obligation or the suit property itself. Under the Sectional Properties Act, once a sectional plan is registered, the register for the parent property is closed and new titles are issued for each unit, with the common areas managed collectively by a corporation formed by the unit owners.
