Civil Case / Ruling on Application to Set Aside Ex Parte Orders

  1. 1 Whether the defendant was properly served with the application dated 18th December 2023 before ex parte orders were issued on 9th May 2024.
  2. 2 Whether the ex parte orders of 9th May 2024 should be set aside for lack of service.

The court found that there was no sufficient evidence that the defendant had been served with the application dated 18th December 2023 prior to the issuance of the ex parte orders on 9th May 2024.
