I have gone through the Notice of Motion application dated April 28, 2023 the Certificate of Urgency of even date and the Supporting Affidavit of No 63734 Corporal Hillary Kimuyu and issue the following orders:- 1. That this matter is certified urgent.
2. That the proceedings in Milimani Criminal case No 336/2020 are and is hereby temporarily stayed pending hearing interparties of the application.
3. That a certified record of the lower court file be availed to this court.
4. The applicant to serve the respondents within 3 days from the date hereof.
5. That this matter be fixed for mention on May 26, 2023 for directions.
