1. The two accused persons herein stand charged with murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code.
2. Having considered the prosecution evidence on record, I come to the conclusion that each of the two accused persons has a case to answer.
3. I thus put each of them on his defence, and proceed to explain to each of them the options available to him in his defence under Section 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap.75).
