1. I have considered the pre bail report on record which is positive of the accused. Then I have also considered that the prosecution did not object to the application for bond.
2. Accordingly, the accused may be released on a personal bond of Kshs. 300,000/= with a surety of a similar amount. Mention on 18/03/19 to give a date for trial.
