RULING
Having considered the prosecution evidence on record, I find that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused person herein.
I thus find that the accused person has a case to answer and put him on his defence. In this regard, I proceed to explain to him the three options available to him in his defence under section 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code (cap. 75).
