PROSECUTOR VERSUS ELIJAH FURAHA CHIVATSI…………………………ACCUSED RULING The accused has continued to complain of stomach ulcers for which appropriate treatment should be given at Kenyatta National Hospital. I direct that he be taken there on 16th July, 2001 and on all other days appointed by the doctors attending to him till the 5th November, 2001 when he is due to appear in court.
