R U L I N G
1. I have considered the application for bond. I have considered the Pre-bail reports dated 23/07/2020.
2. The reports are positive of all the accused. There are no compelling reasons why the accused should not be admitted to bond.
3. Accordingly, I grant all the accused bond. They may be released on personal bonds of Kshs. 250,000/= together with a surety of a similar amount for each accused.
Mention on 13/10/2020.
