PROSECUTOR** **VERSUS** **PETER KAMAU GITHAIGA..........................................................ACCUSED** **RULING ON CASE TO ANSWER** 1. **Peter Kamau Githaiga** is charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code. The particulars of the offence are that on 14th day of February, 2023 at Top Ten area of Rhoda, Nakuru East Sub-County within Nakuru County, murdered **Naomi Wachuka** **Githaiga.** 2. He pleaded not guilty to the charge. A plea of not guilty was entered. Four witnesses testified in support of the prosecution's case. 3. After considering the evidence on record, this Court is satisfied that a prima facie case has been established against.
