1. The applicant filed the present revision application through a letter dated 6th November 2024. Directions were issued by this court and the application set down for hearing on 9th December 2024
2. On 9th December 2024, Mr. Mburugu learned prosecution counsel informed the court that he wished to withdraw the application. The prayer was not opposed.
3. Consequently, the application is withdrawn.
