1. I have considered the mitigation. That the accused is a first offender. A mother of one young child and the circumstances under which the offence occurred.
2. I have also considered the victim impact Report on record which is extremely negative of the accused.
3. In the circumstances I sentence the accused to 10 years imprisonment.
