I have carefully considered the evidence on record. I am satisfied that the Prosecution has established a prima facie case which warrant the Accused to be called upon to offer a defence. Accordingly, the Accused is placed on his defence. Mention on 14/11/2017 for Wamache to attend. The Deputy Registrar to serve him.
