RULING
1. On application of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution to enter nolle prosequi against the Prosecution of the Accused person JOSEPH OTIENO OKEMBO who does not object, I hereby order that the Prosecution of the Accused person Joseph Otieno Okembo is terminated and discontinued.
2. The Accused is hereby discharged from the Information of murder dated 27th November, 2019 and unless otherwise lawfully held, Joseph Otieno Okembo is hereby set at liberty.
3. Orders accordingly.
