The application by the intended interested parties to be enjoined in the proceedings could not be entertained at this stage, as such joinder is not within the scope of revisionary jurisdiction. The proper forum for the intended interested parties to seek joinder and assert their claim over the exhibits is the trial court, where the matter can be fully canvassed and determined.
