1. This matter coming up for ruling on bond/bail application. I have considered the pre-bail report. The report recommends that this issue be deferred to promote healing especially for the victim’s family and the society.
2. For the above reasons I am in agreement that the matter be delayed and revisited alter.
3. Accordingly, the application for bond/bail is declined now but with a rider that it be raised later at the opportune time.Orders accordingly
