The accused person herein Joseph Ngigi Kiiru was charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code. The particulars of the offence are that on the 29th day of December ,2019 at Molo Township in Molo Sub-County within Nakuru County, murdered **LUCY WAITHERA WANJIRU.** 2. He denied the charge and the matter proceeded for hearing with the Prosecution calling Four (4) witnesses in support of its case. After considering the evidence on record, this Court is satisfied that the Accused person has a case to answer. 1.
