RULING
1. Kioko Nzuvi Ng’onyo is charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 Penal Code.
2. The prosecution called a total of six (6) witnesses who have told the court what they saw or did in this case. I have considered their evidence, and I am satisfied that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused person.
3. I hereby place him on his defence under Section 306 (2) Criminal Procedure Code.
Orders accordingly.
