1. The Court had the benefit of taking mitigation on behalf of the Accused person, appreciates his age and the fact that he has sat KCSE and attained an admirable grade C and is currently training to be a Mason. The Court considers him possessed of aspirations to be a productive and responsible citizen.
2. On that account alone, he is committed to serve a Probation term of three (3) years under the supervision of the County Probation Officer.
3. In addition he shall execute a cognizance in the sum of Kshs. 100,000 to keep peace and be of good conduct for a further period of one year.
