RULING
On the 20th day of June, 2015 this Court delivered a ruling on bond and ordered that a pre bond report on the three Accused persons be availed for the Courts consideration before a final determination on the issue of bond. Three pre bond reports have now been availed and they are all favourable. Each Accused person is admitted to a bond of Ksh. 500,000/= with one surety of similar amount.
