RULING
Having perused and considered the evidence on record, I am of the view that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused person herein.
I thus hereby put the accused person herein on his defence, and will proceed to explain to him the options available to him in his defence, as required under section 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code (cap 75).
