There is evidence that the deceased succumbed to a lung injury due to a stab wound according to the post mortem report. 2.The forensic evidence links the knife that was produced by the prosecution to the Accused. 3.In my considered view, there is sufficient evidence that could lead to a conviction in the absence of any explanation by the Accused. 4.Based on the evidence on record, the Accused is hereby placed on his defence.
