1. In consideration of the Victim Impact Statement filed herein on 16/03/2022 and in consideration of the accused person’s mitigation, the accused person is sentence to serve 10 years jail term. Sentence to take into account the remand period from 27/03/2015 to 28/07/2015 when he was released on bond.
2. He has 14 days within which to appeal the conviction and sentence.
