1. I have considered the record. I have not been able to see any irregularity in the proceedings or Judgment of the Court entered on 24/12/2018. Accordingly, this is not a proper case for review under S. 364 of the CPC but for appeal.
2. Accordingly, the revision sought is hereby declined and the file ordered closed.
3. The original Court record may be returned to Maua Court for safe custody.
