1. I have considered the able mitigation for accused. That he is remorseful and that is a family man.
2. I have also considered the circumstances under which the offence occurred and the victim impact Report which is extremely negative of the accused.
3. In the circumstance, I sentence the accused to 10 years imprisonment.
