ORDER
I have perused the CSO report which recommends institutional rehabilitation. I have also perused the record of proceedings in the lower court. The inmate was convicted to serve prison term of two years effective 12. 9.13.
I adopt the recommendation by the CSO officer for institutional rehabilitation. The inmate to continue serving his custodial sentence.
