The Tribunal found that it lacked jurisdiction to entertain the application for joinder and injunction because there was no landlord/tenant relationship between the applicant and the intended interested party. The applicant's only complaint was that the intended interested party issued a notice to vacate to the applicant's subtenants, who then complied and vacated the premises. Since the applicant did not claim to be a tenant of the intended interested party and did not specify any relief against her, the Tribunal held that any attendant dispute was for a different forum.
