The only evidence produced was a police abstract, which is not conclusive proof of insurance, and documents filed late whose authenticity and evidentiary value were severely diminished due to lack of timely service and opportunity for the Defendant to interrogate them. The Plaintiff did not produce a policy document, certificate of insurance, or proof of premium payment.
