The first defendant failed to prove any impropriety in the registration process or that the plaintiff influenced the husband unduly. The court accepted that the husband had the discretion to allocate land among his wives as he saw fit, and there is no legal requirement for equal division. The plaintiff's title, having been lawfully acquired, could not be cancelled in the absence of fraud. The plaintiff was therefore entitled to exclusive use, possession, and occupation of the suit land, and the defendants were permanently restrained from interfering.
