Under Section 7 of the Limitation of Actions Act, a suit for recovery of land must be brought within twelve years from accrual of the right. The applicant filed the present application in 2015, more than ten years after the accrual of the cause of action, and failed to provide a reasonable explanation for the delay. The court held that the applicant was indolent, and the claim was stale.
