The Respondent failed to hold elections within the prescribed period after registration, did not ensure an open, free, and fair process, and unreasonably restricted the 2nd Appellant's right to participate by failing to maintain an active bank account for membership payments. The Sports Registrar's letter rejecting the election returns was based on clear non-compliance with the Sports Act, the Respondent's Constitution, and the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
