RULING
In the judgment delivered on 9th March 2012, I declared that the petitioner is the absolute and legal proprietor of KAJIADO/KISAJU/504 and all its subdivisions. The declaration had the effect of cancelling previous entries in favour of the 5th respondent. In order to give effect to my order I therefore direct as follows;
The Land Registrar, Kajiado is directed to cancel all titles held by or in the name of TAYIAI MUTAMPERRIA and more particularly KAJIADO/KISAJU/4733 and KAJIADO/KISAJU/4734.
There shall be no order as to costs.
