The High Court lacks jurisdiction to grant a stay of execution or extend time in respect of orders issued by the Court of Appeal. The doctrine of jurisdictional boundaries precludes the High Court from interfering with or altering orders of the appellate court. The Applicant, having failed to comply with the Court of Appeal's conditional stay orders and not having demonstrated any steps taken to rectify the non-compliance for nearly four years, is not entitled to equitable relief. The delay in seeking redress is inordinate and unexplained. Furthermore, the Applicant has not demonstrated substantial loss beyond the ordinary consequences of execution, nor has he satisfied the requirements...
