The applicant is the registered proprietor of the parcels of land, and the 1st respondent placed restrictions on the properties without any response or justification provided to the court. The court is satisfied that the applicant followed due process by notifying the Registrar and that there is no evidence of a complaint or fraud warranting the restriction. In the absence of any opposition or explanation from the respondents, and pursuant to section 78(2) of the Land Registration Act, the court finds it appropriate to order the removal of the restrictions.
