The Tribunal found that the Complainant did not resign from the Respondent. The evidence showed that the process used to effect her resignation was susceptible to manipulation, as the IPPMS allowed a third party with access to her national identity card to alter her party membership records without her knowledge. The Tribunal also determined that the Respondent failed to prove service of the disciplinary hearing invitation on the Complainant, as there was no evidence of WhatsApp delivery and the process server was not called as a witness.
