Section 82(b)(ii) of the Law of Succession Act expressly prohibits the sale of immovable property of the estate before confirmation of grant, and any such transaction is void. The trial court erred by disregarding this statutory prohibition and binding precedent, and by distributing the property to Susan based on an invalid sale.
