Since the respondent filed the suit more than five years after the alleged accident, the claim was time-barred. Furthermore, upon re-evaluation of the evidence, the court determined that the respondent did not sustain the injury in the course of employment with the appellant, as corroborated by the appellant's records and witnesses.
