The plaintiffs established a prima facie case by demonstrating the 1st plaintiff's registered ownership of the suit land and the existence of a sale agreement with the 2nd plaintiff. The defendant failed to provide any evidence to support her claim that the land forms part of her late father's estate or that she has any legal right to the property. The court found that the plaintiffs would suffer irreparable harm if the defendant continued to interfere with their possession and transfer of the land.
