For the employment claim, the cause of action accrued on 21st August 2002, and the suit was filed more than 6 years later, contrary to the Limitation of Actions Act. For the malicious prosecution claim, the cause of action accrued upon acquittal on 28th April 2009, but the suit was filed over 2 years and 7 months later, exceeding the one-year limitation period for tort claims.
