The agreement of 1st December, 2007 did not provide for transfer of any portion of the suit properties to the Plaintiffs, nor did it create a licence in their favour. The earlier agreement of 9th October, 2006 was subsumed by the later agreement and did not confer any enforceable rights. The interim orders registered against the titles had lapsed upon dismissal of the injunction application, rendering the related entries superfluous.
