RULING
The Accused was Sentenced to a fine of Ksh. 10,000/= in the first Count and Ksh. 20,000/= on the 2nd Count for possession of alcoholic drink that does not conform to the requirements of Section 27 (1) (b) as read with Section 27(4) of the Alcoholic drink control Act of 2010. The Sentence is reduced to Ksh. 10,000/= in default two (2) months imprisonment on each of the two counts.
Sentence to run consecutively.
